Interesting to see some poor reviews on here as the customer service I received from this company was great! The communication was what I consider efficient. Got what I needed and they always answered and followed up as required. I ordered twice through them at different times, one for my front and one for my back yard. Sod always arrived on time. They were flexible if I needed to add or remove square footage before my order arrived and the sod arrived in wonderful condition. I have only had my back yard installed for about a month now, and front yard about 2 weeks so I can't speak to longevity of product but as for now, I would recommend.
