I went to Harbor Tattoo to get my first tattoo as a tribute to my husband who passed away in August of this year. Heather went above and beyond and did exactly what I wanted. Amazing experience getting a tattoo here! Heather is an incredible artist and was also really quick to respond to my Google inquiry & was able to fit me in on very short notice.
