I spoke with Tracy the owner today as I have a very complex tax situation but being that it was the height of tax season she was unable to take me on as a client, but she still went out of her way to give me the best advice on what to do, even did extra follow up, she deserves 5 stars even if I didn't get to use her services, just because she has a big heart and very knowledgeable, I 100% recommend her, wish we had more kind hearted folks like her, thank you Tracy!
