Karen is amazing! I’ve not had my hearing checked in approx. 30 yrs & had no issues. It was time however, since I’ve developed tinnitus. I’d watched Karen in action with my husband & was impressed with her training & expertise. Her ability to explain details was easy to follow. When she finished testing me, it was my turn to find out I do have some issues. She explained, again thoroughly, gave comparative examples of her own hearing & those of my husband. I felt comfortable & have clear understanding of how my hearing might change. Can’t forget the young ladies also assisting. They’re very gentle, kind & helpful. When assisting others, particularly the elderly, they make sure the customer understands their instructions & ask if they have questions. They make eye contact & have a smile for each person. One of my favorite places to visit! Exceptional knowledge & still fun to chat with.
Got a bid to remove a tree one day. The tree was down the next day. The crew was incredibly fast and did a great job. I am more than happy with the work they did. Pricing was about what I expected for the work so no surprises anywhere along the way.

My dog is aggressive. But Bradley was up for the task and he did an AMAZING dog grooming on Bennett. He even trimmed his nails !!! My veterinarian wasn't able do that. I highly recommend Bradley. I'm still stunned he was able to do an incredible job on my very ruthless dog Bennett. You need a pet groomer? Look no further than Bradley.

It can be frustratingly difficult to schedule a hair appointment anywhere in Brookings, but thanks to J. Sloane and their walk-in appointment days, my family and I no longer have to worry! The ladies are very nice and the facility is clean and nicely appointed. Twice now, we've been able to walk in on a whim and be taken care of within a few minutes. So grateful! ?
