I can’t say enough positive things about Cornerstone Funeral Services in general and Elizabeth Fournier in particular. When our beloved mother passed away, we were not looking forward to dealing with a funeral home. You just hear so many negative stories about this industry tying to take advantage of the bereaved at a very vulnerable time. From the very first moment that we found Elizabeth, she was so compassionate, and it was obvious to us that her main goal was to take care of our family. My experience with cornerstone was nothing but amazing. My brother passed away and he was a well-known individual in the community so as you can imagine, a lot of people were contacting cornerstone for information. Elizabeth made sure everything stayed completely confidential. When I tell you, I was extremely impressed on how everything was handled how everything was taken care of. It blew me away. My wife passed away recently. She wanted to be cremated and did not want a funeral service. I went online to look for cremation services a few weeks before she passed, and most links led to the same national chain. I called them and they sent me a life insurance contract to sign, and wanted payment right away. That just didn't seem right. Also, they continued to put pressure on me to sign.
