Tidi has been cleaning our short term rental for about 9 months now. They’re thorough and great at communicating. I really appreciate them being my eyes and ears on the ground. When things go awry, they’re quick to solve the problem. I also really like their automated scheduling integration. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders.

I love this crew! They done both deep cleaning and regular cleaning for me, and they’re just wonderful. They communicate well, address areas I’ve identified, and are incredibly efficient. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Tidi Cleaning did a move-out cleaning on our last rental. Though the original cleaning was not great, Cooper sent the general manager out with two more cleaners to fix it, and discounted my bill as well. I was very pleased with the final cleaning, and satisfied with the bill I received. Excellent customer service.
