Kristian and his guys did a great job for us. From the initial consultation to the final coat and walk through, they were conscientious and professional. Paul responded to all my questions and was attentive to the details to make our floors look great.

Customer service is the name of the game with this company. Staci absolutely knows the products and was able to pull many samples in an attempt to meet my criteria. She was very patient and spent a lot of time with me. She allowed me to take home several samples over a several week period. She answered all my questions promptly and even went so far as to order a flooring sample that was not in the company showroom. Phil, the one who came to the home to estimate the amount of flooring needed and the cost, was also very professional and responsive to any questions I had. Had two areas that needed repairing. They turned out better then I expected. The gentleman that did the repair was not happy with the way one area came out and took the time to redo the area. That is pride in workmanship in my book.Service: Wood floor refinishing
