Oh my goodness! Best massage ever! I really needed a strong, deep massage after 3 months of re-starting exercising and a new sport and experiencing some stressful events. My neck was sore, my shoulders were feeling tight, and my lower back and leg were funky. She fixed me! Not sure how she did it, but she did!
I felt from the moment I walked through the door that I was going to be well taken care of at Synergy Health and Wellness. The vibe is warm and welcoming. I was pleased to see all of the body positive messaging throughout the building. My massage therapist, Stephanie, listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. Her touch was firm and focused, and I loved how warm her hands were. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure pressure was to my liking. She also confirmed with me before doing any stretches or working on areas that might be sensitive. I also really appreciate how detailed their intake form is. Rosalie provided the information I needed. She listened to me and made suggestions to improve what I'm doing. She didn't try to change what I am already doing. She is the best dietitian I have worked with. I have been in contact with a number of dietitians.
