Called in to get my carpets cleaned and was able to get in same day! They showed up with smiles are their faces and were able to get all the stains out of my carpets. They even told me about a deodorizer which sanitizers my carpets which also made my house smelling great after they left!

My wife and I had our carpeting and rugs cleaned and they were on time and professional. They did a very good job although it was incredibly fast... My only suggestion would be to ask the installers to stop upselling us so much. We spent half of the time listening to them trying to convince us to spend more money on other add-ons, upsells and additional services which we we did not need.... Well we understand that this is all part of sales, it was a little too much...Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Davis and Clay visited my home today. I had my carpets cleaned by Casey and Clay two months earlier. Due to a couple of mishaps I needed two rooms touched up. Davis and Clay are so courteous! They called before coming and were on time as promised. They were very efficient and made my carpet look and smell amazing. Unfortunately I had zero cash so I wanted to tip them with my card. I wish you could add a gratuity along with my payment via card. Also the price was fair. $179 for two rooms. I was quoted $240 from another competitor. I will continue to use SS for my carpet needs.Service: Carpet steam cleaning
