I can't say enough good things about these guys. We have had ReNew out twice in the last couple of months to address some plumbing issues in our home. They were very responsive, professional, and were great at talking through the options with us to ensure that we knew exactly what was our best choice (even if it had meant not doing the work we originally intended for them to do). In the end having them re-plumb for our sink faucets was the right choice and it was done quickly. Everyone is professional and I would certainly recommend Dave & Josh and the rest of the team to anyone needing plumbing services in Central Oregon.

We had a bit of a complicated plumbing problem in our old, early 1900's house. Another plumber came out twice and couldn't fix it. Josh and Kaden came out and fixed the problem in 2 hours (with time off for lunch!). I highly recommend them!

Had a concern with what looked to be a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Called in the morning in a panic and they moved their schedule around to have someone at my house to inspect the damage within an hour. The guys did everything they could to detect a problem with different scanners and decided not to cut and drill into my ceiling, saving me tons of money for a problem that was probably related to a one time incident where water jugs leaked in my closet in the past. Thanks to Dave to get someone to my place quickly and special thanks to Josh and Caden for doing everything with as minimal cost to me as possible. 100% you will be my first call for any needs in the future.... read full review
