We got the keys to our new home a few days before moving in and found stains on almost all of the carpets. I called Pro Steam Services late in the evening not expecting an answer and my call was answered by a very friendly woman who was able to schedule carpet cleaning for us urgently before we moved in. I was so relieved! The technician, Daniel, was incredibly professional, warm and thoughtful. He gave us a really good deal to do all of the carpets in our home, which was more than I had originally asked for and he did a fabulous job. The stains on the carpets were all gone and looked great. First of all, the carpet clean Pro Steam did for us has held up much, much longer than any I've had before. Second, in Pro Steam we have finally found carpet professionals who can do repairs to existing carpets - stretching, gap filling, etc. They do absolutely amazing work of this type. The carpet in our master closet was installed pretty poorly by a couple of rank amateurs (my wife and I!), and we'd had to live with that for years until we found Pro Steam. In one half-day at my house they beautifully (and lastingly) cleaned every carpet in my house, repaired a number of ripped spots, and made my master closet carpet look brand new. I had Leo with Pro Steam come out and clean the carpets at both the house I was moving out of, and the house I was moving into. He did a great job at both (the house I moved into had especially old and dirty carpets and he made them habitable and nice again). He's also a nice guy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good carpet cleaning service.
