“I had a hybrid 80-gal water heater installed by Macmillan Plumbing. They are both incredibly talented guys who saw it to go over and beyond their efforts to install this heater in my garage which required a special condensate drain. They even rerouted my condensate drain from our HVAC system to the water heater drain and did not charge me for it. They were efficient and worked from the minute they got here to the moment they left the property. The price was right and I felt good about what they accomplished. Don't hesitate hiring these guys.“

“We built our home about 15 years ago. We had to replace the water tank twice in the last 3 years. Each time we had minor flooding in the basement and had to wait a long time for the plumber to show up and for the new water tank to arrive. When it went out a 3rd time we decided to replace plumbers. I contacted Shorty at Metolious River Plumbing. He seemed knowledgeable so we hired him. He did a great job. We recently had a problem with our radiant floor heating system not activating when cold weather arrived. This apparently had something to do with the original gas boiler "not talking" to the new water heater. Shorty was able to identify and fix the problem in a couple of hours and didn't charge us. I was impressed with his knowledge of this complicated system and highly recommend his services.“

I had an issue with my commercial oven and thought I was going to have to close for at least a day. I called them and spoke to the rep over the phone and she assured me that someone would give me a call back.
