“I have been taking Pilates faithfully for 20 years, and, at 75, I attribute it to my continued strength, fitness and well-being. When I moved to Bend 7 years ago, I tried a couple of studios that did not meet my high standards. Then I found Move Pilates Bend and have taken classes there twice a week ever since. It’s a lovely small studio with great equipment and excellent teachers. The classes are small, no more than five in a class, so we all receive lots of personal attention to ensure our safety and maximize physical benefits. I wouldn’t take Pilates anywhere else.“
“Super positive experience training with Krista! Although I only recently started training with her, I feel like I’ve made the right choice.Because I have a few injuries I am particular about who I work with to ensure I’m not causing further issues. Krista knows her stuff and is easily able to modify exercises as we go to accommodate injuries. The sessions are appropriately challenging with interesting, new exercises and there aren’t any concerning pains for those injured areas after training. My shoulder feels more mobile/pain-free than it had been in months (better than after physical therapy sessions)She spends time at the end of the session doing stretching and massage work that resolved some awful neck pain I had been having for weeks! I went from experiencing daily neck pain to being virtually pain-free after just my first session. She has an enthusiastic, encouraging energy that makes the training fun, the gym is clean/nice/well-stocked with a variety of equipment, and the vibe is just good. Highly recommend!“
“I am so happy that I found Club Pilates Bend! Excellent instructors who vary workouts to keep it fresh, a warm & welcoming environment, encouragement to “level up,” and a community that is always creating ways to connect outside the studio. If you are looking for a great workout & friendly place to get your Pilates on in Bend, look no further.“
