I randomly called this business for advice after I knocked a hot candle on the floor and it went all over our hardwood floor. Mike answered the phone late on a Friday afternoon, he didn’t know me from Adam, and yet he took the time to help me come up with ways to remove the wax. He was so helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was just so impressed with him in such a short amount of time that I definitely recommend him. Thank you, Mike.
