Mt Bachelor Property Management has been so easy to work with from move in to move out. From the maintenance team to the staff in the office there has always been clear communication and effortless navigation through every aspect of renting a property through them. Mt Bachelor Property Management was utilized when moving back to Central Oregon from out of state. The communication that I had with their office was fantastic and everything was communicated very quickly and efficiently. Their portal is easy to navigate and utilize.
Any notifications of maintenance or property review were communicated well in advance and there were absolutely no surprises.
Upon moving out, there was a hiccup with Republic Services and getting the trash/recycle containers returned. Anika from Mt. Bachelor Property Management was absolutely amazing in working with me to get this issue resolved.

I was super impressed with how fast I got results from the work order I had submitted, the tenant portal is really simple to use, and I have had no issues getting responses to any and all of my questions. A well earned thumbs up to y'all.
