Came by w/in 10 min of my phone call on a weekend. Talk about service! Fixed the clogged toilet of my nightmares. Appreciate their professionalism of Jason and his advice moving forward.
I have never had a better experience with a plumber in my life. Brad Hower called me back on a Saturday and arranged a visit to somewhat remote location for just a few days later. Not only was he very communicative, but he was efficient and after sending him some pictures, he was able to come up with a solution that prevented the need for drywall removal essentially saving me over $1000. I am great grateful for his work and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone in the cascade lakes region.
Had a toilet issue and reached out to two plumbing companies. They were unable to come that morning or afternoon so I tried Mr. Rooter. Within one hour their employee Tanner arrived and was able to quickly & accurately diagnose my problem. He was able to fix my problem and was very courteous and professional.
