Paid $1200 for a "completed and already successful" Facebook Chat Bot 6 months ago and still trying to get this company to provide what we were sold on despite the product simply not working. Tons of turnover and inept problem solving. Currently in the process of filing a formal complaint since the company will not refund my money. Feel like I paid to be a guinea pig.

Bud and his team are the best especially Devan. They are always quick to respond and the monthly calls to review how we are performing is always eye opening. I have tried other companies but Mazama is the BEST!
