Jeshua and his team did a great job replacing our old cedar deck with Trex and replacing the adjoining siding. They also built an enclosure for our AC unit. Throughout the project he was value-minded, responsive and attentive to detail, which was particularly important considering the detailed requirements imposed by our HOA. We definitely recommend J&S and will use again for future work.

Not only does Jeshua and his crew’s work look great, they were responsive, easy to work with and had great follow through. As a female, sometimes working with contractors can be tough, but that was never the case with Jeshua, he answered all my questions, took the time to talk me through options (even giving cost saving alternatives I hadn’t thought of) and sent me regular updates since I was living out of town during the remodel. I’ve booked a full siding replacement, a bathroom remodel and a kitchen facelift, and would without a doubt call him for any other jobs I need. Bottom line up front, J&S Contracting exceeded our expectations across the board. We hired J&S Contracting to enclose a loft that overlooks our living room. Jeshua initially came by to check out the project and provide an estimate. He is courteous and friendly. His knowledge, experience and insight made us feel confident J&S would do an excellent job. Due to the complex layout of the house, a loft enclose required painting and texturing of the living room and adjacent hallways, along with various areas of patching walls and ceilings.
