Zero stars, cause they aren't even human. They don't listen, they don't try to work with you, they make any community they manage SUFFER. If you try to reason with them, they ignore you. I hope this company goes under ?

I live in a cottage home where my neighbor's side yard and my easement boundaries meet somewhere in the middle.
I have received notices on back alley weeds. However, every time it was due to weeds not within my property range.
They just being lazy and not spending a little extra time to figure out the responsibility area of each cottage home. If they see violations, they just send notices to home owners on both sides, I guess.
I called them several times complaining and asking for attaching pictures indicating where exactly violations are located whenever they send notices, but nothing has changed.
Good work managing the community, clap clap clap clap.

Very frustrating!! They not only have really high HOA which keeps increasing every year, but also put so many restrictions. It feels like we are in a rental property owned by them. They ask us to submit approval for almost everything (string lights, awning ....). Even when you submit an application, they can simply deny stating that "it doesn't meet the community standard". We feel like they need to uplift their standards by providing better service and customer support. They are very unprofessional, rude and don't provide all the information first time when you reach out.
