We needed two bedroom carpets cleaned upon moving out as per our lease agreement and called several other companies who all reported insanely high minimums despite the bedrooms being small, low-traffic, and in a non-smoking and non-pet owning household. (That's how simple the clean was - that we fell under the "minimum" pricing but it was still hundreds of dollars!)
