I'm generally pretty averse to massage, both from some body/touch reasons and because I have a lot of spinal stuff going on...Cathy not only was able to fit me in at the last minute for an extremely painful shoulder injury, she was warm, professional and amazingly priced! I would recommend her highly for her ability to go at a pace and depth that was comfortable, while still working her magic in such a short amount of sessions! Thank you!!!

Cathy is an excellent massage therapist. I spend too much time in front of a computer, and always look forward to my monthly appointment. I know that after she is done my shoulders will be back where they belong, I'll have a clearer head, and I feel about two inches taller. Her massage room is warm and cozy. Cathy will customizes the music to your tastes - or if you just want some quiet she will leave the music off! She mixes her own product, using aromatherapy oils, which always help with my mood. She also uses weighted heat packs to loosen you up, and they feel amazing. I highly recommend Cathy for either a one-time massage or as a regular component of your wellness regimen. Your body will thank you!
