My experience was awesome. My carpet was not great(I had not had it ever cleaned in 7 years) plus my new pup damaged my carpet. They fixed my Carpet that my doggie damaged and cleaned it. So happy, thank you.

There is a reason Carpet Smart is rated so highly. I hit up the website with a request, and the NEXT DAY Tom calls and by that afternoon I had my wrinkled carpet fixed! Tom and his employee were great, fast, professional, efficient - can't say enough about how painless the experience was. I've already recommended him to several friends, and I do to you as well.
