Had my first visit today, the facility is clean and quiet. There's plenty of parking and I loved the self checkin option. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Kylie was kind and attentive and all in all it was a good experience.

I saw Dr. Matthew Clausen, my PCP, yesterday. Once again, it was a great experience overall: prompt and courteous check-in, the app't started on time and I had plenty of time with Dr. Clausen. I want to specifically compliment Desiree. She did my initial BP, etc check and gave me a flu shot as well. She was also really knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions I had irt insurance coverage and billing. Much appreciated.

Everyone at the Bend clinic are wonderful. They all take time to listen to my concerns. The staff go out of their way to help me. Visit time is longer than other clinics. Having time for someone to actually listen is good medicine all by itself!
