Traditional Shotokan Karate. I like the people. I went in to see if Karate could help me recover from an injury, and stayed because it has done that and a lot more. The place is clean, the training is challenging and the atmosphere is healthy. There's a class available through COCC, and open classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Check out their website and talk to Allan. I really like this place.
