I first started visiting Manny to try Rolfing- I am on my 9th session and I genuinely feel my body’s relationship to standing and navigating movement has changed. Each time I’ve come in, I feel I am more connected to the ground and not fighting against gravity. Manny really takes the time to educate me as well.
I also have now been seeing Chris for a month. She makes me feel heard and cared for. Her presence is comforting and my nervous system relaxes every time I come in.
