Andee and team did a great job finding quality tenants and managing the very few things that came up with tact and diplomacy on both sides. Our tenants appreciated them as well. They also gave us great advice in preparing the house to be a rental. I would definitely recommend them to house owners.
Andee and her team have managed a property for us in Sisters for many years and they have been great! Their communication about issues, tenant updates, maintenance, etc. has been the best - I always know what's happening with my property and have the opportunity to weigh in if I believe something should be handled differently. Most often, however, they have the expertise, the pro contractors (when needed), and a mindset of fairness that has built tremendous trust over the years.
I just moved into an apartment with A Superior Property Management, and I'm beyond words to describe how amazing they were through the whole process! Especially Mieke (Mee-ka). She was truly exemplary! Being a renter with a housing voucher, it can be very overwhelming finding a place to rent. But from applying to getting my keys, Mieke's professionalism, fast responses, and compassion for her work eliminated all the anxiety and overwhelming feelings I had.
