My 1st time to go on this branch and wouldn’t come back. PA Christopher Palacios was rude and couldn’t hide his remarks and facial expressions when getting information. He asked to rate the pain, i answered and he made this rude facial and side remarks with “okkayy” totally sarcastic tone.

Would not come back to this location ever.

I came here after having several issues with the Bridgeport ZoomCare location, and despite Cedar Hills being a bit of a trip, it was definitely worth it! The physician's assistant helping me with my ear infection/clogged ear was incredible and very kind throughout the very uncomfortable procedure which made me feel a lot better about what I was going through. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips for ear care that I wasn't offered by the previous PA I visited with. Out of all the ZoomCare locations on this side of the river I'd definitely say this one has the best service.

Thank you to Chris Palacios PA-C for his professionalism and great care for stitching my badly lacerated thumb! Christina as the associate gave me some gauze and ice pack to help my bleeding thumb while waiting for my appointment. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and for taking the time to take care of me when I needed it. I know you had to stay a little longer past closing time, I am so grateful to both of you.
