I was not in the best place before working with Tanya, I was carrying a lot of baggage that I wasn’t sure how to handle. I was irritable and experiencing many challenging days and was feeling more cynical than ever. People generally describe me as happy and easy going, but internally I felt anything but. Many areas of my life were overwhelming and I wasn’t sure how to move forward.
Through a conversation with a friend I acknowledge that maybe I was needing more than mental health therapy and received the awareness that things were just getting stuck in my body, that I needed an energy shift. So a google search later and I found Tanya.

I've been to many MTs and Tanya is by far the best. I used to have a lot of upper body pain, especially my neck and shoulders. Since getting regular massages from Tanya, my pain is so much better and even gone many days. She's very intune to what the client needs and I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Wild River Healing Arts.

Tanya has an incredible heart and spirit. Her passion for partnering with her clients on their journeys is moving. I felt Tanya really "saw" me for who I was and what I needed without me having to share much - which I think speaks to her natural intuitive abilities.As someone who was initially nervous about trying reiki, Tanya put me at ease.
