Scheduled a consult for Covid treatment because the State of Oregon website said that’s what you do, and provides a link to a bunch of Walgreens clinics. The PA calls me, says that’s not the case, and that only certain underlying conditions qualify. That’s fine, I confirmed that I don’t have any of those underlying conditions, let’s leave it at that and move on. Instead, he felt the need to passive aggressively re-ask about each potential underlying condition, one-by-one waiting for a yes/no answer on each one. Horrible experience Practitioner Kimberly Bradley needs to learn how to be patient when speaking to patients! And let them finish speaking before she interrupts and tell you what to do ! She treats patients like they are not human beings with feeling ! Very inappropriate treatment of patient! Very unhappy with her so called medical treatment!
