I hired Portland roofing and gutter last spring (2021) to add new roof and gutter and also install gutter guard. I paid them full price. They installed gutter guard to three sides and left one side completely bare. This spring, my gutter was overflowing and flooded my ********* hired someone in emergency basis on a Sunday to clean the clogged gutters. He informed me and showed me pictures of gutter guard missing on one side of the house. They also used wrong gutter guard. I informed the owner. No action was taken. I wont recommend this company to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: The repair they were hired to do was not properly done, my gutter is still pulling away from the facia and causing further damage to my structure. I hired this company to repair my gutters, and they decided to add cleaning (which I normally do) to inflate the price. To begin with, they never communicated what time they would arrive after scheduling with the office, and once they did arrive they never bothered to let me know they were here, my cameras alerted me and I heard them walking on my roof. This company has been a nightmare to work with. Getting a quote was very simple and we were quite happy with the price. Our project was a small deck roof so they said they could do it in a day in a half and wanted to schedule it for the next week even though we were in no hurry to get it started.We were scheduled for Monday and Tuesday. On Monday someone showed up scraped off all the shingles and left. On Tuesday nobody came so we contacted the company and we were told we were double booked and that someone would come Wednesday, Friday and Saturday to complete the project. Nobody came Wednesday.
