Today we had a scheduled appointment with Pointe Pest Control. The tech, Brenden, notified us when he was on his way. We were and have been completely impressed with Brenden’s professionalism. He has serviced our home before and he is very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. Brenden did an amazing job in a very timely manner. Leslie was polite, professional and kind. Nobody WANTS to hire an exterminator..but she made it less awkward, and she was easy to work with gave good instructions, was quick and on task. Would highly recommend.
