Peter came out and looked at limb, branch damage earlier in the week when no one else would return my call to look at what had happened, educated me on how to repair things, as well as provided an estimate. He scheduled an appointment to return today (Saturday) and showed up on time, ready to go and was professional, thorough and actually went above and beyond what we had discussed. We are very pleased with overall interaction with Peter's Tree Service. From initial phone call with Peter, Kevin doing the estimate, and all of Renata's follow ups using iPhone messages.
