We live in the basement lock-off of a house in the mountains where we can see lots of pests. While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. I called at 12:27 pm, and they told me they could send someone out same day by 3:00. Technician called me at 12:35 that he was 10 minutes away. Lightning fast and exceptional service!

We called Pest Solutions when we discovered a rat was somehow getting into our kitchen and house from our crawlspace (my nightmare!). Anthony visited to help us just assess the situation before doing any true extermination. It was super great to have this cheaper option to have a professional come out and assess how bad it was. He searched the house for entry points and looked in the crawl space for evidence and we discovered it wasn't too dire, maybe just the one rat.
