I was having a hard time with my taxes. I called and worked with Gary. I am more than impressed with the service I received. It was very speedy as well! Will be recommending to friends!
I started using Pacific Northwest Tax Service when I moved to the Portland area in 2012. They have always been spot on with in all aspects. I will be moving out of state soon, but plan to continue to use them for my taxes if possible!
I am so lucky and thankful to have stumbled upon PNW Tax Service and in particular Amber Finnegan, who was (and remains) an absolute rockstar! She held my hand throughout what I always assumed would be a grueling and strenuous process (I.E. filing as a 1099 and owing money to the IRS). In layman terms she assisted me and was a wealth of knowledge, responding to my emails and calls in timely fashion. Amber is also a wonderfully friendly and genuine person, and I couldn't have asked for more. With her help I was able to acquire the First Time Penalty Abatement and saved over $2,000 in fees. I would recommend Amber to anyone.
