My original dentist retired and I scheduled a visit with Dr Facett to examine a tooth that was sensitive to heat & cold.The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had some special requests that they took care of right away.Dr Facett was pleasant, reviewed my condition, did an examination of my teeth and presented me with all of the options going forward as well as giving me his professional opinion of the most reasonable course of action. There was no pressure to pursue any higher cost option, in fact it was just the opposite.Based on my initail visit I will continue to use him as my primary dentist in the future.

I was impressed with how efficiently organized the office is. Everyone was not only pleasant, but also knowledgeable. My appointment was right on time. All my questions were answered. My hygienist was gentle and thorough. Protocols for COVID were carefully observed.

The staff is amazing and so nice, they go out of their way to be helpful. The doctor is very prompt, personable and available, takes the time to explain in detail what is going on and solutions without any pressure to do anything you don’t wish to.while there, even though everyone is very busy the entire team makes you feel like you are the only patient in the bldg. this place has all the newest equipment and technology, me and my wife have been going here for a few years and are very satisfied with the quality, care and pricing.
