I've been sick for going on two weeks and finally went in to be seen because I just wasn't getting better, only worse.The provider I saw was very kind and actually took the time to listen to me, and he ended up prescribing antibiotics. He looked over my chart very carefully when he picked one because I have several medication allergies.He even sent in a script for a new albuterol inhaler because I mentioned I'd used up my last one, and he also sent in scripts for Sudafed and Zyrtec so they could go through my insurance instead of me having to get them over the counter and actually pay for them, which I really appreciated.All in all it was a good experience and I'll definitely...read full review

I think you get the care you would anywhere but my main issue is that you can’t communicate with the immediate care provider you saw via my chart afterwards. Even if they send you a message, you can’t reply with questions, or for instance, to tell them they got your pharmacy wrong. Because of this, I’ll go to zoom care from now on.

I took my mother in this week. Registration takes a bit of time with OHSU, but once we are done with that I am able to get the next day appointment in the morning (called in the PM). Everything is very smooth there, we were treated very well by Chase (MA) and Alvin (PA) there. Very patient, caring, well explained, and fabulous fabulous manner. We can’t be more satisfied with their quality of service and the whole experience there. Highly recommend if you want a good network of medical professionals to help with your problems.
