Sadly, after a short illness, we took our hamster Shelly to Dr. Ramsell but it was too late for anything to be done. Dr. R talked us through many different options but in the end we decided to humanely put Shelly to sleep. The office staff was so wonderful during this process as was Dr. R. And I’ve never had a doctor send such a nice sympathy note afterward. She obviously took so much time to write this out and I appreciate it so much!
All i can say us Katrina is and will be the only vet i will ever trust with my babies. She always does the best job telling you why? Where? What? And how? She also cares more for the wellbeing of the animal above all else. Truly could never find a better vet.
I don’t know where to start, besides with these guys are the ABSOLUTE best. The ladies up front are so sweet and helpful, and Dr. Katrina Ramsell is truly the most caring, wonderful, best vet I could’ve ever hoped my sweet little babies (ferrets) could see. Each time they come I know that they are in the best hands possible and will be treated as if they were their own. They have no doubt saved many of my babies, multiple times. They also handle the tragic part and provide a wonderful option for cremation care post life.
