After 2 other vet appointments and multiple months of prolapses and breathing problems, Dr. Tom quickly and correctly diagnosed and treated our 2 year old lavender orpington chicken, Yellow Ashley. She’s 100% back to perfect health and feeling great. We’ve followed Dr. Tom with our flock for years and NW Exotic Pet Vet is so lucky to have him. If your chicken family member is feeling unwell, this is your place.
I followed Dr. Tom to his new clinic because I trust him with my bird, Daisy, and it was absolutely the right decision. He’s a fantastic vet, and the whole clinic is just as great. The front desk staff were welcoming and kind, and the tech who handled Daisy was incredible. Such a positive experience from start to finish!
Our bunny had GI Stasis for the first time and the team here listened to my concerns, had helpful input, and scheduled her same day for an emergency visit. Dr Macey was quick to see her, make a game plan, and get our baby taken care of right away. It was really reassuring to have someone be so on top of it. The price for such a short notice appointment, all of the treatment, and all the medication we were sent home with was really reasonable, and they were also up front about other potential costs. We are really grateful, especially since she seems already mostly recovered same day!
