I've been here a few times and have no major complaints other then the usuals for an ethnic run establishment. I believe some of these smaller establishments may have only one or two staff on hand so they may leave during your session to answer phones or customer walk-ins, from California to Oregon this is pretty much the norm. I've always been treated kindly during my visits. Appointments are easy, just call in. I have shown up on-time with no delays. Rates are about the same as everywhere, went with the 90 minute combo everything massage on my last visit for one hundred, 60 minutes is seventy. At no time have I been pressured for a tip. I generally prefer a deep tissue medium to hard pressure massage to work out my aging muscles and aches, don't mind if it hurts a little. There's no Reiki Master techniques, just a solid standard type of massage. Lisa did an amazing job putting in really strong work for a good 85 minutes with very little pause and extra attention given to my kinked up neck and legs. She also did check with me throughout to make sure the pressure was what I wanted, attentive. She only randomly left once for a minute and there was a couple of short conversations with another staff member during the session. The other time she left was to get a hot towel. Not being full hot and sunny summer yet, the private rooms can be a bit chilly, most have a space heater so be sure to ask to have things warmed up. The establishment is clean, the bathroom was clean as well. There are two parking spots right in front, one disabled with entry ramp, and more spots out back. Private rooms play moody massage music and are low lit for a mellow ambiance. All in all this place is great with a few quirks. Everyone is friendly and they really do work hard. Definitely worth a visit.

Note: They actually have two locations with the same phone number so be sure to verify which place you're going to. This location is conveniently located just off SW Canyon and the 217 by Home Depot. First time I called to make an appointment they didn't answer but someone called me back right away, so I made a same day appointment. They also take walk-ins. The establishment is newly remodeled and clean. There are two parking spots out front with one disabled, there's more in back and along the street. There's also an accessible friendly ramp out front. There are several private rooms of different sizes and a bathroom of course. The rooms have space heaters so if your room is too cold be sure to request they turn it on, middle of winter and I was comfortable. They offer several different modalities of therapy worth exploring as well as couples massage, and there is always more than one therapist on hand. I didn't request anything specific this round other than a medium-light pressure full body massage. Showed up on time and was greeted immediately with no wait. My therapist was very kind with a gentle touch and gave me a nice massage that lasted the full hour, maybe even a touch longer, perfect for my tired muscles. The only time she left the room was to get hot steamed towels. Everyone was friendly. If you like a calming soothing massage this is a good place visit, I will surely return.
