Labcorp at Legacy Cedar Hills

I made an appointment the day before online. Checked myself in on the kiosk, like we’re supposed to do. Everyone was nice despite the previous reviews and having my 9 month old in a stroller with me. Out of there in less than 10 min. Coming to this one again for sure!

Unlike others here, I didn't have any issues getting my blood work done. My orders for labs were there. The person that did it was cool and very friendly. Nice guy! I was in and out in about 10 minutes.HOWEVER, if I could leave a separate one star review for the lady at the far right of the desk that does imaging check in, I would. When I was there, she was RUDE AF to the person she was on the phone with and had a horrible attitude. Girl, you need to chill out and learn how to deal with people. This is coming from someone who is NOT a people person.

I had a bunch of lab tests. Had to bring in various biological samples. When I got the collection containers I had to present my ID, insurance cards, etc. I watched them enter the info into the computer, just as I had watched the receptionist in my doctor's office enter it moments before. I was told I had to have an appointment to be allowed to drop off the samples. Seemed odd, but ok. I couldn't be sure when I could collect the samples, some of which were time sensitive, so I collected the samples before trying to make an appt.
