If you are experienced or new to Pilates, Katona Pilates is the best you will experience. I’ve been going to KP for years. I’ve lived away from Portland and always book a class when I’m in town. They are so knowledgeable and my body is stronger, feels better and I stand straighter after doing Pilates here. I’m so happy to be back living close enough to attend sessions here regularly now!

Katona Pilates is the BEST pilates studio in Portland area. If you want to learn Pilates this is the only place to go. I've been going here for years and am still learning and improving. I always feel stronger and taller when I'm going regularly to KP. They are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Tracey Katona is a miracle worker who helped me with strength building and finding my "core" in addition to helping me recover from hip replacement surgery. Tracey has established a welcoming Pilates studio and I know I am learning from the best. Highly recommended.
