So pleased with how my carpets came out!! They hadn't been cleaned professionally since 2012 when we moved into a previous rental and there were several stains that still remained. Craig did an excellent job of removing those old stains and giving me tips for any others that may reappear or happen in the future. Very professional as well. I'll forever use Hello Carpets & Floors!

This business has renewed my Faith in customer service!!!! I had a serious emergency with my carpet... I have a Great Dane puppy if THAT tells you anything... Anyway I called Craig and he was so cool , he rearranged HIS schedule for me, plus was out here in an hour to assess the situation. Although it was too late in the day to start, he came over the very next morning!! He was friendly, professional, and spent the extra time needed to make the carpet look great, and smell awesome!!!! If you need your carpets done, and Love old school customer service , THIS IS THE GUY!!! Thank you Craig, my house looks and SMELLS beautiful again?

Great experience with them. They were on time and quick. We had a dark, stain in our carpet from a trash bag leaking near the garage door, and the spot was completely clean when they were done. Fast drying as well. I had company coming the next day and was concerned the carpets wouldn't dry in time. They promised me they would be and they were. Wife was very happy. Couldn't speak more highly of them. Great job.
