Not quite sure where the negative review is coming from but I strongly disagree with that one-star review. I first used Guaranteed in 2014. We had a terrible problem with sugar ants, tapinoma sessile, that we'd been fighting for nearly ten years. There's a huge colony, apparently, with probably thousands of queens, that lives under the neighborhood, and these ants are a constant problem.No matter how many pest services we used, or what bug sprays, home remedies, terro sugar baits, whatever, these stinky little ants (that BITE) would be back within the month, sometimes so thick they literally garlanded the walls of the bathroom. Hired them to make sure we did not have a carpet beetle issue. They did an excellent job, came out and sprayed. They left a trap which caught something different. I emailed a picture and the owner called me back and explained what he thought it might be and recommended a cost effective solution (buy some traps at ace hardware) to determine I if I indeed might have potential "webbing clothes moths". I was very happy he took his time to follow up. All the interactions with office for scheduling, the technician that came out and the follow up call from the owner (I believe) were greatt . We knew we needed to call for help after I poured an ant out of my tea cup and kept on drinking. We were overrun! Thanks to Guaranteed Pest Control we are ant free and sooo much happier.
