Goodrich just finished remodeling our bathroom and upgrading plumbing and electrical in our Mid Century home. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor, and in the past 30 years of living in and renovating old houses, I have met many. Barb is a terrific partner engaged everyday in every detail of the project. She ran the project like clockwork. Her team is top drawer: plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile and carpentry all hardworking and did absolutely perfect work. And now I am going to say something you have likely never heard, I truly enjoyed this remodel, yes enjoyed! I loved the energy of this team and is was a delight to see them bring my vision to life. Can't wait to have them back to do the kitchen.

Barb and her employees Gina and Chris were absolutely fantastic! They did a demolition of our old crown molding in our master bedroom and office. They replaced it with real wood and did a fantastic job! They were also tidy and made sure to love all of our kitties. Very respectful and cheerful while they were here. Barb and her team are fantastic. Recommended through a friend, my fiancé and I were immediately impressed with Barb. She was prompt, enthusiastic, and listened well, and she gave a thoughtful estimate for our 1928 kitchen remodel. Barb helped us articulate exactly what we wanted for our kitchen and explained what was and wasn't realistic for our budget, while helping us make sure we got the highest value for our money. We were working with a tight deadline, but Barb was able to exceed our expectations in the short amount of time. We are so grateful for the attention Barb gave to our project and how seamlessly she made it all happen. She is easy to talk with, helped us dream creatively, and was very flexible throughout our project as we thought of new additions or tweaks. We really appreciate Barb's emphasis on working local - she has relationships with wonderful family businesses and made sure we met all subcontractors personally. We also just enjoyed having Barb and her team around to chat with! Barb and her team will be our first call for any project we take on in the future! Our new kitchen is stunning and are happy to recommend Goodrich Renovations to anyone.
