I have been trying to practice more "self care" lately. I turned 50 and realized that being married or having kids isn't a reason to not care about how I look. I have been going to the gym and there are other things, but after shaving my head, i decided that the caterpillars above my eyeballs needed to be wrangled. After a false start at a couple other salons, I landed at EWC. I scheduled an appointment easily on the website and arrived a couple minutes early. Taren (I hope I spelled that right) was very nice at the front counter. I'm scheduled for a drop in appointment mid afternoon for brow & lip last minute and upon walking in after getting lost on my way here I tried the most amazing aloe deodorant for organic use. Christine my brow technician said she would give me that arch I was looking for and it worked. My overgrown, hairy brows had had enough of a beating from hard core cycling $ swimming. I got what I wanted and had a cell phone to call to make this appointment last minute. I came here for school related reasons so I could be more professional looking for my students career at PCC. I don't know what's taken me so long to write this. I see Kaylan every month to wax my eyebrows and she is amazing. She is so talented and there's never an awkward silence. Not to mention, the waxing and plucking is the most gentle I've experienced. Could not recommend her more!!
