We used CTBS services for many years, never had any issues. Once a key member of their organization left, we started to notice the lack of knowledge and expertise within the remaining staff of the organization. Absolutely everyone in that organization needs some real training. Do not go there, plenty of more places, with more experience and knowledge.

I usually do not share negative reviews but as part of this community, I feel the need to share my disappointing interaction with CTBS corporation. I would request our monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statements and never received them during the 6 months we worked with them. Bookkeeping was never proactively done, it would be finalized days before we would meet. We were told we did not owe taxes for 2019 and we received a tax bill with penalties 8 months later. I am extremely disheartened by the service we received and I am happy to now work with an accountant who pays attention to details, is transparent, and takes the time to answer whatever questions I have.
