These people are the worst! My girlfriend went to them to do her taxes and get a new itin number. These morons took the only income she gave them, childs support, and put it under business income. How dumb can you be? Now they make excuses saying she needs to pay the taxes on a non-taxable income like child support instead of fixing their mistake. Well, one thing they didnt know was her boyfriend is a white American and i see right through their bs. What they need to do is fix their mistake and amend the tax return. BEWARE! We used CTBS services for many years, never had any issues. Once a key member of their organization left, we started to notice the lack of knowledge and expertise within the remaining staff of the organization. Absolutely everyone in that organization needs some real training. Do not go there, plenty of more places, with more experience and knowledge.
