Julia is a wonderful instructor! She’s extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I love her classes because they challenge me to do my best. I am a new Pilates member and Julia makes me feel so comfortable with her classes.
Sidney W puts a great deal of thought into her classes. Her flows really do flow. Her cues are well timed and are helpful. I would follow her to other studios if she didn’t already teach at my home studio.
Dorthea is my favorite instructor. I can always count on a wonderful, careful workout and she brings a great energy to the group where everyone feels comfortable, relaxed and enjoys themselves.
