Club Pilates Progress Ridge makes the benefits of Pilates accessible to everybody. Pilates is functional and therapeutic wellness and movement enhancement through the art of Pilates and is well known for its benefits that improve functional movement, strength, flexibility, and posture. Although Club Pilates is not licensed medical professionals or physical therapists, most medical professionals and physical therapists highly recommend Pilates for its continuous, regular, focus on wellness and functional movement.
