We are thrilled with the service we got from Carpet Surgeon! Our dog tore up a section of carpet, leaving the tack strip exposed, so we wanted it repaired ASAP. Carpet Surgeon was able to give us an estimate over the phone and come out the next day. Ralph was in & out quickly and it looks fantastic!

SEAMLESS Results!!! I had 2 bleach spots on cream carpet due to my stupidity of using clorox spray to clean spots thinking it was like 409. Well the word clorox should have been my first clue. While Ralph was nervous about the pattern being difficult, he did it!!! You have to look very hard to see the 2 square patches. Now the test of traffic and carpet cleaning will be another test, but he said the patch seams are the same as any other seam in your carpet, meant to withstand the carpet cleaner.
Do not shop around, Carpet Surgeon is worth it.

I had my carpet stretched and cleaned by Carpet Surgeon and was very impressed by the company. I received an estimate over the phone and then in person. The team was accurate, professional and did an amazing job. They really are carpet experts! I highly recommend and I plan on using them again.
