I had my first service from Brooks Pest Control today. My technician was Helios. He was wonderful. Very polite and thorough. I toldhim all my concerns and he carefully addressed them all. I spoke with Aaron to set up the service. He was also very professional and efficient. They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. Overall very satisfied. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and response time was 24 hours. All my pest issues were resolved that another company could not fix. Very nice and very affordable. Moved up from Arizona where we had monthly pest service and scorpions and other critters. Appreciated that I felt heard about my concerns that I had. No idea why the reviews were left. Communication was excellent between text messages and emails.

Very prompt service to control sugar ants. Their technician, Kendall was very patient explaining how the chemicals would eventually control the ants, and spent time assessing possible access points. We will have to wait to see how well the treatments work, but so far we have been impressed.
