Our small business has used Blue Arch for years. They are reliable and honest with quick service. I can't imagine trusting another company with our IT needs. They have come to our rescue many times, helped move our systems and network to a new location, set up a computer lab painlessly, given advice on equipment and upgrades, and monitored/maintained our server consistently.

I've worked with Ken and his team at Blue Arch over the course of about six years in two different companies I've worked for. I recommend them any chance I get: they provide high quality, thorough support; they're proactive, easy to connect with, easier to work with and are all fantastic communicators. I could not be more pleased with their services. They have always gone above and beyond and are competitively priced for their service. You will not be disappointed working with them.

After hitting my head against the wall, and taking way too much time trying to manage my own IT headaches....I went with Blue Arch.
It's been a huge relief, saved me so much time and I know that the little things and the big things are covered.
