The guys just left and this area appears almost undisturbed. They were friendly and professional. We ran into city obstacles, and they managed to overcome the issue. Worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company. They are top notch!
TLDR: great company with great people who do great work!
Story time: the rain gutter hasn't been draining to the curb, and during heavy rains it would gush back near the front door where the down spout meets the in-ground drain pipe. Called West Side Drain & Noble Septic (another good company recommended by my plumber) couldn't clear it with waterjetting, the camera scope showed pretty much a solid root mass, and recommended Blackrock. A very awesome 3-men crew came out a week after making the online appt, and they did an amazing job, cutting concrete, digging up the old pipes, and now I have a clear pipe path and ready for our next... read full review
Black Rock Underground ("BRU") replaced the main sewer line at my house in the summer of 2023.I spoke to 7-8 different companies, got bids from 4. BRU wasn't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive.They were the most comprehensive in their bid, the most communicative about their strategy and gave me the most confidence that their quoted price would be the price when they were finished.Others left lots of room for upcharges and guesswork as to how they planned to run the line (equipment used, disruption to my yard, etc.)I approved their contract and BRU showed up on the hottest day of the year.
